The CERN Foundation and the National Brain Tumor Society commemorated the 2022 Ependymoma Awareness Day during Brain Tumor Awareness Month which included a great virtual event which is now currently available to watch. We ended the awareness month by publishing the 2022 Ependymoma Awareness Outreach Report which included a book launch, and a proclamation signing by Kansas Governor Laura Kelly.

This March, the CERN Foundation announced the commemoration of Ependymoma Awareness Day with a live streamed virtual event that will take place on May 10, 2022 at 1PM EDT on the CERN website and Facebook Live. The program will feature awareness content, stories from the ependymoma community, and conclude with a butterfly release.
